Ever since I first laid eyes on Anna Kendrick in the 2009 dramady Up in the Air. I’ve had a crush on her. And with each passing role I saw her in, from playing Michael Cera’s little sister to playing an inexperienced psychologist, my crush grew bigger and bigger. Her beauty combined with all the strong-on-the-outside-but-kind-of-fragile-on-the-inside roles she plays has had me at my knees for years. So, as I waited in my seat for the midnight premiere of Rock of Age, you could imagine my surprise when I saw the trailer for the new movie she in: Pitch Perfect, a film about a college A Cappella group that tries to make it to the top.
Not only does she (by the looks of the trailer) become the group’s star, but Kendrick can sing really well too. Honestly, I don’t even care if this movie is horrible. I am going to see this movie opening weekend to hear her marvelous singing voice. Just when I thought my crush on Anna Kendrick couldn’t get any bigger, I find out she has a singing voice. She is officially my dream girl.
